This 86-acre campus provides Goodyear residents with a state-of-the-art recreational facility complete with a community park and aquatic center. There’s something for everyone with classes and activities available for seniors, teens, families, and more.

Residency verification is required for those creating a new account. To verify residency, please email gyrec@goodyearaz.gov a driver’s license or utility bill with your name or stop by the Welcome Center with proof of residency.
To purchase a pass in person, visit us at 420 S. Estrella Pkwy.
A pass is required to access the Goodyear Recreation & Aquatics Center. At this time, passes may be purchased by Goodyear residents.

Our Recreation programs offer a variety of classes and activities open to both Goodyear residents and non-residents. You’ll find everything from preschool, youth and adult sports, to senior activities and special events.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the pass options and what is included with my pass?
Passholders have access to the fitness area, group fitness rooms, unlimited group fitness classes, indoor walking track, gymnasium, locker rooms, and aquatics center. The teen room and lobby do not require a pass and are open to the public.
Do you offer Non-Resident passes?
The recreation and aquatics center is limited to Goodyear residents and their guests at this time. We look forward to offering non-resident passes in the future!
How do I purchase a pass?
Monthly, semi-annual, and annual passes for individuals including youth, adults, and seniors can be purchased online through your recreation account.
Family passes, as well as day passes and punch passes for all age groups, must be purchased in-person at the GRC Welcome Center.
What areas can I access without a pass?
No pass is required to access:

What areas can I rent at the GRC?
There are several rooms, amenities, and fields available for rent. Rental schedules are subject to availability based on programming and scheduled open use times.
Reservable spaces include a large multipurpose room (3,000 sq.ft.), the play pool (w/ slide), the competition pool, and pool ramadas. In the park, the picnic ramadas, multi-use fields, baseball/softball fields, and sports courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball) can be reserved.
Does my child need a waiver to access the facility?
Anyone under 18 years of age must have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian on file. Waivers can be downloaded here or signed in person at the Goodyear Recreation Welcome Center.
